Refund and Returns Policy

At Bloor Street Fitness & Boxing (BSF), we are committed to providing high-quality fitness and boxing gear to our valued customers.

We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations or needs. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for returning items and receiving refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

All payments and item pickups are conducted through our gym during staffed hours. If you wish to return an item, please bring it to the gym along with your receipt or proof of purchase during staffed hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit us during staffed hours or contact us at info@bloorstreetfitness.com. For future online purchases, you will be able to request an exchange through our website.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Shipping Returns

For future online returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
